Dark Souls 3 Gets Bloodborne Overhaul With New Mod

The Soulsborne franchise has had an active modding community since the days of the original Dark Souls. Some of these mods help to make FromSoftware's difficult RPGs a little easier, such as the many mods that given Elden Ring an easy mode. Besides easy mode mods, there are of course counterparts to make the game more difficult. As well as smaller modifications to the Soulsborne titles, there are those creations made by fans that completely overhaul a FromSoftware game and make the core elements almost unrecognizable.

Dark Souls 3 recently received a mod called The Convergence, which was such an in-depth and expansive piece of fan-made content that players stated that in some ways the mod transformed the game into Dark Souls 4, being the natural extension of its predecessor. Now, one modder has again given Dark Souls 3 a huge overhaul, but rather than extend the original game, Bradysheaslays has given it a new look similar to one of FromSoftware's most popular titles, Bloodborne.

To some fans, Bloodborne is considered the best game that FromSoftware has put out, and its Old Hunters DLC is touted as some of the hardest content in the Soulsborne franchise. Now, the Dark Souls 3 mod Fear the Old Blood aims to make the game feel and play like Bloodborne, essentially giving fans a secondary experience in the latter game. Everything from lighting to textures to outfits and music have been changed in order to alter the atmosphere of Dark Souls 3.

Even some gameplay elements from Dark Souls 3 have been changed to better fit the way Bloodborne plays. Players can now dash in Dark Souls 3, something that they were previously unable to do, and can also shoot blood vials at enemies to attack them from range. Dark Souls 3 Fear the Old Blood is available now to download from Nexus Mods, and while some players may find it similar to another Bloodborne mod for the game called Ashen Blood, they will find that the latter mod also featured enemies from the Victorian-era game that Dark Souls 3 players could encounter. Unfortunately, Fear the Old Blood doesn't have enemies from Bloodborne, but it is possible these could come in a future update.

Outside modding, Bloodborne fans have been remaking the game in other ways. Recently, one fan created a full demake of Bloodborne for the PS1, complete with nostalgic graphics, gameplay, and more. The demake proved to be incredibly popular, receiving over 100,000 downloads in the first 24 hours following its launch. With the success of the Bloodborne demake, some Soulsborne fans are hoping other titles in the franchise will receive a remake intended for older consoles.

Gory Doctor Strange 2 Video Imagines Deadpool Killing Scarlet Witch

A brand new fan-made video imagines Deadpool killing Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Ryan Reynolds' mutant had a resurgence in 2016 with the release of his sleeper hit film, Deadpool. Since then, he has become a fan-favorite character, and anticipation is high for the character to make his MCU debut.

Marvel Studios' first 2022 blockbuster brought director Sam Raimi back into the comic book movie sandbox. In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the titular sorcerer is faced with a unique adversary: Wanda Maximoff as the Scarlet Witch, who has gone rogue after being corrupted by the Darkhold. Wanda tries traveling to other universes where she can be with her twins, and she stops at nothing to ensure that she reaches her goal, even if that means fully embracing her villainous side. Earth-838's Illuminati tries stopping her, but she quickly and rather ruthlessly kills them all.

In Mighty Raccoon's latest video, however, the YouTube content creator imagines Deadpool meddling in the events of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, sneaking into Earth-838 to kill Scarlet Witch. In the clip, he comes right behind her as she faces Mister Fantastic, Maria Rambeau's Captain Marvel, and Captain Carter, just before Black Bolt gets murdered by Wanda. As ridiculous as this video is, it's only a matter of time before Deadpool actually rubs elbows with the Avengers and other Marvel Studios heroes. After Disney bought Fox's TV and movie assets, the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and all their tie-in characters' rights returned to Marvel. That's the reason why Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was able to feature Patrick Stewart's Professor X and John Krasinski's Mister Fantastic in the first place. It's also the reason why Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool 3 will be under Marvel Studios, making it the franchise's first R-rated project.

With regard to the way Scarlet Witch is killed in this fan-made Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it isn't really all that improbable. In Captain America: Civil War, Black Widow already pointed out Wanda's failure to look over her shoulder. That's the reason why despite her prowess, she can be easily tackled and neutralized. It doesn't seem like she has learned this particular skill yet, even as she has learned more about her fate as the MCU's Scarlet Witch. Hopefully, as she potentially starts her redemption story, she is able to address this fighting flaw of hers.

Sony Introduces New Hardware Line Called Inzone

Sony hasn't been shy about its attempts to break into the PC gaming space as of late. Following a series of high-profile game releases of former PlayStation exclusives such as God of War and Horizon: Zero Dawn, as well as the upcoming launches of Spider-Man and The Last of Us Part 1, the company seems to have many more plans for expansion in this regard.

Namely, Sony has now announced that it's launching a new hardware gaming brand that is specifically designed to target the PC gaming audience. The so-called Inzone peripherals are currently limited just to monitors and headphones, with both of these lineups featuring high-end functionality and chassis design that's clearly reminiscent of the company's flagship console.

As some may have already suspected, Sony's new Inzone hardware brand was, indeed, the subject of last week's Sony gaming headphone leak. The three leaked headphone designs - simply known as H3, H7, and H9 - offer varying levels of functionality at similarly varying price points and signal the notion that Inzone is attempting to appeal to both low and high-end gaming clientele. The monitors also reflect this, as Inzone has prepared the high-end M9 and the lower-end M3 to cover this hardware category.

M9, specifically, comes in at a steep $899 for a non-OLED display, but offers the full array of amenities that gamers have come to expect from high-end gaming monitors. It renders the image at a crisp 4K resolution with a maximum 144 Hz refresh rate, has full VRR support, a 1ms response time, and has been rated for DisplayHDR 600. M9 is the highlight of Sony's June 28 hardware announcement, but the lower-spec M3 remains a reasonable showing at $529, too, with a 1080p / 240 Hz panel.

With rumors of a Sony PlayStation 5 Pro controller making the rounds, it seems like the company is taking its new endeavors rather seriously across the board. While it remains to be seen if this really is Sony's goal in the grand scheme of things, it looks like PlayStation is about to go beyond being a pure console brand, even if it takes a new hardware subdivision for Sony to finally opt into doing so.

The question that some might have, of course, is why Sony would invest in the creation of its new Inzone branding in the first place, and the answer isn't all that clear, especially since Inzone uses the classic PlayStation 5 colorway. Only time will tell why the company is handling this situation as it is. In the meantime, with no word of either Pro or Slim versions of the new PlayStation on the horizon, a fan has made his own PS5 slim from the bottom-up.

Oh Yeon Seo And Her Team Face Difficulties With Their Investigation In “Café Minamdang”

tvN’s new drama “Café Minamdang” shared stills previewing the upcoming episode!

Based on the popular web novel of the same name, “Café Minamdang” is a comedy-mystery starring Seo In Guk as Nam Han Joon, a fraudulent male shaman who used to be a profiler. Oh Yeon Seo plays Han Jae Hee, a detective in the violent crimes unit who is passionate about justice.

Previously, Nam Han Joon was told by his VIP client Lee Min Kyung (Hwang Woo Seul Hye) that her husband Shin Kyung Ho (Kim Won Shik) was acting suspicious, so he requested Nam Hye Joon (Kang Mina) to investigate. Discovering that Shin Kyung Ho committed a hit-and-run, Nam Han Joon used his profiling skills to find the location the victim was hidden at and reported it to Han Jae Hee’s team.

The newly released stills capture team leader Han Jae Hee and her team with deep dark circles under their eyes as they’re unable to tear their eyes away from the computer. They concentrate deeply on finding evidence, raising questions about what will happen in the upcoming episode.

Bond 26 Has An Opportunity To Establish A Modern James Bond Tradition

Following No Time to Die's groundbreaking conclusion to Daniel Craig's tenure as 007, the franchise now has the opportunity to make good on a tradition that was started with a couple of the more modern Bond films. Changes are needed for the 007 movies after Bond 25, which was anything but traditional in many ways. Daniel Craig is now well-and-truly gone, and a new 007 is due to wear the holster, equip the Walther PPK, and don the tuxedo.

For the sake of the commercial success and longevity of the franchise, it has always been important that the first Bond film starring the new actor playing 007 kicks off the new era with a bang. All of the Bond actors' first 007 movies have all had something unique and fresh to offer audiences. Now, there is now an opportunity with Bond 26 to establish what seems to be a tradition with both of the first Bond films starring Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig.

Both purposed as reboots for the franchise, GoldenEye and Casino Royale, the two most recent initial entries starring the new Bonds, were both directed by Martin Campbell. Both films were a roaring success commercially and critically, showcasing that Campbell clearly knows how to reinvent and introduce a new James Bond on the silver screen with enough explosive force to create a lasting impact. More importantly, however, Campbell has demonstrated an ability to get fans hooked on the new 007 from the get-go, whether through gritty action sequences or groundbreaking visual effects - meaning he would be the most sensible choice to direct Bond 26.

Even though No Time to Die was, much like most of Craig's outings as Bond, still more angst-ridden and emotional compared to older 007 romps, it also contained ample action and bombast. Yet Craig's previous three Bond films were not especially action-orientated compared to Casino Royale and the Pierce Brosnan films. Martin Campbell, with many great movies to his name, is still one of the best action directors in the UK, and having him inject some frivolous yet action-oriented fun into Bond 26 would act as a deeply satisfying opener for the new Bond candidate.

Campbell's two blockbuster 007 hits, GoldenEye and Casino Royale, were both products of troubling circumstances surrounding the franchise. Eon was contending with legal problems following Dalton's second outing, License to Kill, birthing to GoldenEye six years later, and Casino Royale followed Die Another Day which was universally panned by critics. Both of Campbell's films were under intense pressure, as they were relied upon to revive the franchise, and Campbell has therefore proven himself extremely competent in dealing successfully with such pressures and delivering when it really matters.

Martin Campbell would perhaps be the wisest and the most risk-free choice to direct Bond 26. GoldenEye and Casino Royale are some of the most popular Bond movies of modern time and are generally considered Brosnan's and Craig's best respective films in the franchise. However, with the new 007 and director yet to be announced, only time will tell just how traditional the Bond producers are willing to be after No Time to Die's success.

Spanish Twitch Streamer Breaks World Record

Some Twitch streamers can attract impressively large numbers of viewers, particularly when they’re playing a newly released game or watching something of broad interest like sports. Millions of viewers congregated on Twitch when the Overwatch 2 beta became available in April of this year, and during the 2020 US election season, millions of hours of coverage were watched on Twitch and YouTube.

Usually, individual channels reaching an audience of even 100,000 viewers is remarkable, which is why Asmongold hitting 400k viewers just waiting for the Lost Ark servers to launch in February was pretty noteworthy. When the Witch Queen raid for Destiny 2 came out that same month, upwards of 350,000 people tuned in to various Twitch streams to watch the new content, and this number was also considered incredible.

All this is to put into perspective the jaw-dropping number of viewers that Spanish Twitch streamer Ibai reached on June 25. In May, the content creator hit 1.5 million active viewers during a boxing stream, and that was already a notable milestone. But Ibai has now surpassed that number by hitting a whopping 3,356,074 concurrent viewers, the highest on record, while streaming another boxing event called La Velada del Año II. The previous Twitch viewership record was held by TheGrefg, another Spanish streamer, who reached 2.4 million viewers during a Fortnite stream.

Ibai, or Ibai Llanos Garatea, began his career as a League of Legends esports caster who focused on the Spanish region. He then went on to be a content creator for G2 Esports, started his own esports team, and now is extremely successful on Twitch as well. His channel is currently the fourth most-followed on the platform, boasting 11.1 million followers.

Needless to say, for most content creators, reaching viewership numbers such as these isn’t something they’d ever consider a possibility. For many, having even one viewer is a special moment. A well-known story is that of Nick Kelly, who started his Twitch channel in January 2021. After streaming for nearly an hour with no visitors, a few viewers showed up to watch his Twitch stream and Nick teared up with gratitude. A year and a half later, the content creator has attracted 31,000 followers to his channel.

There is even a Twitter bot called @no_viewers that finds Twitch streams with zero viewers and tweets about them so that people might go and say hi if so inclined. The goal, according to the account’s bio, is to help people “find something fresh and make someone’s day.”

Over the weekend, Seoul’s annual WATERBOMB Festival returned for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic with an amazing star-studded lineup, including BIBI.

The fun summer festival lives up to its name as water cannons are used to douse the artists and the audience in water. Along with performing, the artists get into an epic water battle, often resulting in sexy performances, especially as performers opt to wear swimwear on stage.

And with an 18+ crowd, anything can happen that may not under usual circumstances. For example, K-Pop girl group (G)I-DLE performed an explicit version of their hit song “TOMBOY!”

As for BIBI, her performance became slightly explicit but for different reasons. Originally, BIBI performed in a white T-shirt and denim shorts. Even in a casual look, she looked stunning!

Yet, in mid-performance of “Cigarette and Condom,” she stripped down to something sexier. BIBI removed her T-shirt, revealing a gold bikini top.

After taking off her shirt, BIBI realized that the top strap of her bikini had come undone. She almost lived up to her original name, “nakedbibi!”

So, BIBI quickly held onto the top before she accidentally flashed the audience. And, she was making her way off stage to fix it…

Riverdale Season 6 Episode 19 Trailer: Shipka's Sabrina Spellman Returns

The Riverdale season 6 episode 19 trailer reveals the first look at Kiernan Shipka's Sabrina Spellman return from Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. After years of hoping for crossovers, Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina have finally begun to interact with each other as shows. A year after being cancelled on Netflix, Shikpa came over to The CW as the beloved teenage witch at the start of Riverdale season 6. However, it came with a twist, as she appeared as an alternative version of Sabrina in the Rivervale 5-part event.

Despite having been set in a fairly grounded reality, Riverdale season 6 took on the multiverse concept by exploring the Rivervale universe. In this realm, Sabrina came to Cheryl Blossom for a transference spell. Despite having a short appearance, it left fans wanting more, especially with Sabrina's large role in the Archie Comics universe. It didn't take long until the team behind Riverdale revealed that Shipka would be coming back in season 6 for one additional episode, and will play a crucial role. With Riverdale having introduced witches, Shipka's Sabrina return is set to expand that even further.

Following the events of Riverdale season 6 episode 18, titled "Biblical," The CW (via TV Promos) ran a trailer for episode 19, which airs next week. Appropriately titled "The Witches of Riverdale," Shipka's Sabrina arrives following Percival Pickens causing several firstborns to die during Toni Topaz and Fangs Fogarty's wedding. 

Unlike her version in the Rivervale event, Shipka's Sabrina is arriving thanks to one of the newer characters in season 6. Following the end of Riverdale season 6 episode 18, Heather tells Cheryl and the gang that she knows of a powerful necromancer, who is also a witch like herself. When asked what her name is, Heather reveals it as none other than Sabrina Spellman. "The Witch of Riverdale," was directed by Alex Pillai, while Chrissy Marron and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa wrote it.

It will be intriguing to see how this Sabrina compares to the version Shipka played in Rivervale. Based on the Riverdale season 6 episode 19 trailer, it seems like this may be loosely based on the cancelled storyline that was going to happen in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina season 5. Had Netflix not cancelled the Archie Comics drama, Sabrina and Greendale gang would have crossed paths with Riverdale, seeing Cheryl, Betty, Veronica, Archie, and Jughead as witches. So while not a direct take on it, this is the closest Chilling Adventure of Sabrina will get to doing that storyline in live-action with Riverdale. Hopefully, following Sabrina's return in Riverdale season 6, this will also set up at least one more appearance in the series-ending Riverdale season 7, which will air in 2023.

Minecraft Fan Makes Contraption That Plays the Theme Tune to San Andreas

The longevity of Minecraft will go down in the annals of gaming history, with its near-infinite replay value and sprawling landscape that just screams potential. Despite its age, with it initially coming out in 2009, Minecraft is still one of the most played video games of 2022, and for very good reason. Millions continue to create so many fantastic projects, and while a lot of this is pleasing to the eye, sometimes people make stuff that's also a treat for the ears.

Recently, Reddit user Mertuch has shown their building and orchestral prowess in Minecraft by constructing a rather complicated-looking music system. A video posted to the thread shows that, when activated, the redstone-based contraption plays a very familiar tune. To many fans of the GTA series, it will become apparent that the user has managed to recreate the theme tune to San Andreas, using a mixture of note blocks, bales of hay, and some pumpkins as well. While it's not the high quality of the original, it's a very accurate facsimile and an impressive creation overall.

Anyone who's ever played one of Rockstar's titles will know that Grand Theft Auto is renowned for its soundtrack, with radio stations a-plenty playing everything from heavy metal to hip hop to soul. While Mertuch makes it clear in the thread's title that their rendition is from San Andreas, there's no doubt that many will recognize the tune even without being told what it is. What's actually a nice touch to the video they've posted is that they can be seen standing on a platform near the huge contraption, batting away like a conductor leading an orchestra.

Thanks to the inclusion of note blocks, which were added to the game way back in 2011, fans have been able to create all sorts of interesting musical interludes and projects. For example, another player used the blocks to recreate the classical piece "Flight of the Bumblebees" in Minecraft.

Even with just the vanilla soundtrack, music is such an integral part of the game. Five members of fromis_9 were involved in a car accident and while there were no major injuries, Pledis Entertainment decided to cancel their comeback showcase for their health and recovery.

In their statement released in English, Pledis Entertainment shared Song Hayoung, Park Jiwon, Lee Seoyeon, Lee Chaeyoung, and Baek Jiheon were involved in a car accident and while they did not suffer major injuries, they did have bruises and muscle pains and were treated by doctors.

Doctors also provided opinions that the members’ physical condition should be attentively monitored and they should refrain from increasing the amount of activities more than necessary for the next few days.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that fromis_9’s 5th Mini Album “from our Memento Box” will be released as scheduled on Monday, June 27. However, for the safety of the fromis_9 members, the media showcase and fan showcase, scheduled on June 27 will not proceed. “Money Heist: Korea” Stars Yoo Ji Tae, Jeon Jong Seo, And Park Hae Soo On The Pressure Of Remaking A Hit Series

In a recent interview and pictorial for Elle magazine, Yoo Ji Tae, Jeon Jong Seo, and Park Hae Soo dished on their highly-anticipated new remake of “Money Heist”!

Based on the hit Spanish series “Money Heist,” “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” follows an anonymous squad of robbers who join forces for an ambitious, large-scale heist on the fictional Unified Korean Mint. Yoo Ji Tae stars as the Professor, the mastermind behind the operation, while his star-studded crew of robbers includes Park Hae Soo (who goes by the name “Berlin”) and Jeon Jong Seo (known as “Tokyo”). 

Describing one of the biggest differences between the original series and the Korean remake, Yoo Ji Tae explained, “Two seasons’ worth of plot from the original version were condensed into just 12 episodes [for our remake]. There’s no exposition for exposition’s sake, and we only deliver the key plot points as necessary. There’s a certain pleasure that comes from the fast-paced plot development.”

As for how he prepared for his role, Yoo Ji Tae shared, “In this condensed version, I came to the conclusion that one way I could quickly show the Professor’s charms in one go was through his voice. After giving it lots of thought, I began developing the Professor’s voice while turning to narrations or animated dialogue for reference.”

Meanwhile, Park Hae Soo confessed that there had been a certain amount of pressure that came with remaking such a popular show.

“Of course there were concerns and pressure due to the fact that the original series received such a great response,” said the actor. “But while reading the script, I could clearly see the differences that were unique to ‘Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area.’ There was a fast pace to the story, and the characters definitively gave the Korean version its own strength.”

Park Hae Soo added, “Although Berlin is a fictional character, you could see him as a sort of metaphor for the situation between North Korea and South Korea, which makes his story even more forlorn.”

Finally, Jeon Jong Seo shared her thoughts on the strengths of their new remake.

“[The drama] does a great job portraying the near future,” she remarked. “The North Korea-South Korea situation adds an element of tension and suspense, and it also bears the meaning of unity. This two-sided situation completely fills up the background setting of the Mint.”

The actress also noted that viewers may be surprised by her version of the Tokyo character, commenting, “I think viewers will [go into the show] imagining the free-spirited charms and vibe of Tokyo from the original version. But the Tokyo in our remake is calmer, and she’s someone who steps up and tries to resolve the situation. I tried to maintain a cleaner and more aloof tone [for our version of Tokyo]. You can look forward to seeing a new side of Jeon Jong Seo.”

Pixar's Excuse For Replacing Tim Allen's Buzz Is Also Why Lightyear Fails

Pixar Animation Studios decided to replace Tim Allen as the titular character for Lightyear, and their excuse for doing so explains why the movie is failing to connect with audiences as readily as other Toy Story films. Changing anything, no matter how big or small, about a beloved pop culture icon is always a tricky prospect. As Lightyear director Angus MacLane states in the behind-the-scenes documentary Beyond Infinity: Buzz and the Journey to Lightyear, "the stakes are even higher when you're taking a beloved character like Buzz Lightyear, and you're reimagining him."

Much has been made about how Lightyear is meant to be the big-budget blockbuster that inspired the Buzz Lightyear action figure from the original Toy Story. This idea certainly fed into recasting Buzz Lightyear according to Lightyear director Angus MacLane, who remains adamant that Evans was his one and only choice to play Buzz due to Lightyear being a spin-off Toy Story movie and not technically a prequel or direct continuation of the franchise that Allen's Buzz existed in. MacLane likely felt compelled to provide his reasons for replacing Tim Allen's Buzz after many fans were quick to theorize that Buzz Lightyear was recast in Lightyear due to Tim Allen's recent political stances and controversies.

However, MacLane clearly explains (via Vanity Fair) that Pixar wanted a more grounded take on Buzz for the film: "Tim's version of Buzz is a little goofier and is a little dumber, and so he is the comic relief. In this film, Buzz is the action hero. He's serious and ambitious and funny, but not in a goofy way that would undercut the drama. Chris Evans has the gravitas and that movie-star quality that our character needed to separate him and the movie from Tim's version of the toy in Toy Story." Yet while not a bad idea, in theory, Lightyear's mixed critical reviews suggest the new Buzz is far too serious in line with Evans' more restrained performance - and could've used some of Allen's signature Buzz wackiness to spice things up a bit.

Evans is a skilled actor, but his take on Lightyear comes across as a Captain America-lite of sorts - ensuring that taking the goofiness out of the character robs Buzz of what makes him so endearing in the first place. MacLane's view on Buzz seems to suggest that his main character has to choose between being funny or compelling, but a so-called "action hero" can be a source of comedy in addition to being the lead star. Look no further than Indiana Jones, John McClane, or almost any character Jackie Chan has ever played for evidence of this. Allen's unwavering bravado as Lightyear coupled nicely with his signature comedic delivery to turn Buzz into a fan favorite throughout the four Toy Story films. In contrast, Evans's Buzz Lightyear feels like nothing more than a generic adventure film protagonist, which may go some way to explaining why Lightyear failed to meet Disney's lofty box office expectations.

Recasting Tim Allen for the titular role in Lightyear wasn't necessarily a bad decision on its own, and having the movie be the basis for a beloved fictional toy is an inherently intriguing idea. However, in the process of updating the character, Pixar sacrificed too much of what made Buzz likable in the first place - meaning their excuse for replacing Tim Allen's Buzz is also why Lightyear fails.

Ambitious Fallout 4 Mod ‘Fallout London’ Gets Announcement Trailer, Releasing in 2023

While some diehard fans of the franchise might not consider it the best entry, Fallout 4 is still a very successful installment in the post apocalyptic series. While Fallout 5 is likely years away from release, there are still other games to be played, not to mention all the mods and add-ons. And speaking of mods, there is a team that has been hard at work on a very ambitious DLC-sized expansion, which is due to be launching some time next year.

In a recent video uploaded to YouTube, as spotted by PCGamesN, the Fallout: London mod is a piece of custom content for Fallout 4 that, as the name suggests, takes place in England's capital city. The video represents the official announcement trailer for the mod, showing some locales and set pieces from it. While there's no exact release date yet, it's expected that London will be coming out in 2023, according to the trailer. Given the setting, it will explore "new cultures," which have not typically been touched upon in the official games, and will also dive into some pre-war European history as well.

Fallout: London already had gameplay footage released, and given the fact that it takes place in one of the largest cities in Europe, it's definitely an aspirational mod, and no doubt a lot of fans of the series are excited about its release. Like the base games, London will feature numerous factions, such as the Gentry, Tommies, and 5th Column, which is a group that intends to "tear down the establishment" of the capital city, with a new empire as its end goal. The mod's story will take place close to World War 2, and while there will be guns, the official page says there will be slightly fewer, with some aspects encouraging more melee weapon use.

Given that Fallout 4 came out in 2015, which is the last single-player entry in the series, many are holding out for the next official game to be released, which, as mentioned above, could be a long time away. For now, Fallout mods are what fans can expect, but luckily, ones such as Fallout: London sound really interesting.

As for the main game itself, Fallout 4 is one of the highest-selling Bethesda games to date, though doesn't quite hit the sales numbers of something like Skyrim, with a dedicated fan base continuing to explore the ruins of Boston. It will definitely be interesting to see how things look in the upcoming mod, especially given that the story will take place outside of America, which is unusual for a Fallout game, or mod.

HYBE Firmly Shuts Down BTS RM’s Marriage Rumors

BTS‘s RM had been surrounded with marriage rumors recently when a YouTube channel infamous for posting celebrity gossip reported that RM was in preparation for marriage. The account, Sojang, had reported that they had been tipped off by a Korean-American community post. The post claimed that someone they knew had been personally told about the impending marriage by the supposed bride-to-be.

Viewers and Sojang believed the community to be credible as only elite housewives with a Korean-American background could register. Sojang had also previously reported about an alleged girlfriend after a few coincidental posts on Instagram. The lady in question had been at the same museum RM took a private tour at and more. These rumors had been shut down twice, once by RM and once by HYBE.

As the marriage rumors stirred up controversy once again, HYBE swiftly shut down the claims. On June 24, 2022, HYBE stated to the media that the rumors were not true.

Superman & Lois Heavily Teases Steel Getting 1 Thing He's Been Missing

Superman & Lois might have set up a major change for John Henry Irons heading into season 3. After unfortunately numerous episode delays for Superman & Lois season 2, the season is set to wrap up on Tuesday, June 28, and the stakes could not be higher. Not only has Ally Allston (Rya Kihlstedt) begun merging Earth Prime with the Bizarro World, but Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) is unable to put a stop to her plan after the villainess drained his powers from him.

Clark Kent's family and friends have been doing everything possible to help on both restoring Clark's powers and stopping Ally, with John Henry Irons (Wolé Parks) even flying into space in his technologically-enhanced suit to prevent Ally's plan. Unfortunately, John was unable to stop Ally, with the cult leader-turned-supervillainess sending a bolt of energy through his suit leaving it damaged and John adrift in the space between the two universes. With this, Superman & Lois might have just set up John donning his comic book-accurate Steel suit.

After the damage inflicted on the suit by Ally as the energy-absorbing Parasite, the first priority is simply getting John back to Earth-Prime. With his suit damaged and its communication equipment de-activated, much to the worry of John's daughter Natalie (Tayler Buck), repairing it and making it durable enough to withstand such attacks from Ally will be the next step for him. This could lead John to also adjust his suit further, adding the red cape and S-shield from his comic book origins, with John fully becoming Steel at last.

The history of John's metallic suit as Steel goes back to his origins as a hero. During the Reign of the Supermen comics story, following on The Death of Superman (with the show reworking some elements of Superman's death story), John was one of several Superman successors to emerge. Using his knowledge of weapons and metallurgy, John created a flying, armored suit with a red cape and S-shield like Superman's and took on the moniker of the Man of Steel. After Superman's resurrection, John shortened his hero name to simply Steel, though the version of John's suit seen in the comics has not yet been seen on Superman & Lois.

John's origins on Superman & Lois differ a fair amount from the comics, with John originating from a different universe and initially attempting to eliminate Superman after the Man of Steel of his world went bad. Eventually, Clark and John became close allies towards the end of Superman & Lois season 1, with John continuing to use his flying suit and making periodical technical upgrades to it. John has been operating in the Steel role ever since in the show, but with his suit more akin to a futuristic astronaut than what he wears in the comics. The newest need for repairs on John's suit could be just the opening to add a little superheroic decoration to it.

Admittedly, applying a face to John's helmet as seen in his comic book and animated appearances will be a bit of a challenge. The full upgrade to John's proper Steel armor might also be something that Superman & Lois saves for the closing scenes of season 2 or the beginning of season 3. Still, after the disastrous 1997 Steel movie, Superman & Lois has given John Henry Irons a vastly superior second live-action jump, and audiences might at last have reason to expect to see him fight alongside Superman with his own red cape and S bolted onto his suit's chest soon.

Jason Blum Says He Could Get Robert Englund To Return For A Nightmare On Elm Street Reboot

For several years now, horror fans have been wondering if there will be a reboot of the beloved classic '80s film A Nightmare On Elm Street. It seems like the perfect time given the interest in slashers, and with Halloween Ends coming in October 2022 and Scream 6 hitting theaters in March 2023, this would be the next natural franchise to be revived. After a 2010 remake wasn't a hit with critics or audiences, it feels like the right time for more Freddy Krueger.

If a new film does happen, audiences are curious if celebrated actor Robert Englund would return to play his iconic slasher villain Freddy Krueger. This is something that is very intriguing to fans of the genre.

Jason Blum said that he feels that he could convince Robert Englund to play Freddy Krueger in a new film. Blum said, "I could make him come back. I can get anyone back. Ellen Burstyn was 87, and I got her back in The Exorcist."

Recently, Robert Englund starred in Stranger Things season 4, playing the role of Victor Creel, the traumatized man who lost his family to Vecna years before. The actor also voiced the role of himself in the 2022 Netflix film Choose or Die about a deadly video game. Back in 2018, Englund played Freddy Krueger in an episode of the family sitcom The Goldbergs. One of Englund's most regular recent roles was Anti-Pops/Mystery Man/ Stagman in the animated TV series Regular Show, which aired from 2017 until 2021.

Englund told that his Stranger Things part happened because he loved watching the show and after he didn't land a season 3 role, he hoped that he could win the part of Victor Creel. Englund's wife filmed an audition tape that he then mailed. It was a treat for horror fans to see the beloved actor be part of this thrilling and fast-paced season of the popular Netflix series.

Many horror fans feel that only Robert Englund can play Freddy Krueger, and while there has been some talk of a reboot of A Nightmare On Elm Street, there hasn't been any concrete news in several years. According to Game Spot, David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick said in 2015 that a reboot was in the works and said, "Everybody wants to see Freddy again I think, so I think it's inevitable at some point."

Blumhouse has successfully rebooted the Halloween franchise, with 2018's Halloween, 2021's Halloween Kills, and the upcoming Halloween Ends. The company is also working on an untitled The Exorcist sequel which is said to be released in 2023. Blumhouse releases a mixture of new projects and reboots of familiar franchises, having put out The Craft: Legacy in 2020 and a new Firestarter in 2022, along with the 2020 reimagining of the 1970s TV series Fantasy Island.

Will There Be A Buzz Lightyear Sequel

The highly anticipated film “Lightyear” sequel from Pixar tells the tale of the real-life guy who served as the model for the Buzz Lightyear toy that was featured in the Toy Story film series. The movie is a spinoff of the popular Toy Story movie series, and it follows astronaut Buzz Lightyear (Chris Evans).

Mad Max: Furiosa Casting Hints At Young Immortan Joe Story

The recent casting changes made by the Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa could hint at the movie featuring an Immortan Joe backstory, too. Not a lot is known about the plot of the Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa. Anya Taylor-Joy will play Furiosa while Chris Hemsworth is also signed on to play an as-yet-undisclosed role in the movie, but beyond this, the story of the franchise outing remains a mystery.

The Mad Max prequel recently began filming and will not be released until 2024. As a result, it is no surprise that plot details have been kept under wraps for now. Set before the events of Fury Road, the movie looks set to explore the origins of the character previously portrayed by Charlize Theron, before her encounter with Tom Hardy's Max Rockatansky. However, one recent recasting announcement may give away more about the prequel’s plot than it was intended to expose.

The Mank star Tom Burke recently replaced Yahya Abdul-Mateen II in an unnamed Furiosa role, an announcement that might have proved that Mad Max: Fury Road villain Immortan Joe will appear in the prequel. Burke has the right appearance for the role of young Immortan Joe and has proven with numerous indie movie roles that he has the combination of simmering intensity and outspoken charisma that a pre-despot version of the villain would need to win over converts to his death cult. The prequel could explain the Mad Max: Fury Road villain’s backstory, detailing Immortan Joe’s rise to power alongside Furiosa’s path to working with him. The fact that Burke replaced Abdul-Mateen II may have unintentionally given this plot detail away since the indie star looks a lot like a young Hugh Keays-Byrne and has gravitated toward playing morally ambiguous figures in the recent past.

However, this could well be a misdirect, since the fact that Abdul-Mateen II was originally signed up for the role means it might have nothing to do with the Mad Max: Fury Road villain. Not only that, but Chris Hemsworth’s status as a major Hollywood star would make it a massive surprise if he wasn't the one playing a pre-War Boys Immortan Joe, meaning Burke’s resemblance to Keays-Byrne could be intentionally misleading on the part of the filmmakers. There is also always the possibility that neither actor will play a young Immortan Joe in Furiosa, since the Mad Max prequel doesn’t necessarily need to detail the dictator’s story.

After all, the purpose of Mad Max: Fury Road’s Furiosa-centric prequel was to give the movie’s breakout star a story of her own, meaning it would ironic (and arguably misguided) if the movie ended up centering on Immortan Joe instead. Furiosa could instead explain how the apocalypse occurred in the franchise's universe and how Furiosa made it out alive, two things that have never been properly addressed by earlier Mad Max installments. This would mean that Burke’s casting could have nothing to do with Immortan Joe and his role could be entirely unrelated, with the movie’s plot wrapping up long before the titular heroine even encounters the franchise villain. However, the story that Furiosa follows won’t be clear for some time as it is still over a year before the Mad Max: Fury Road prequel finally arrives on screen.

Undetected is a New Stealth Game With Serious Metal Gear Solid Vibes

The stealth game genre has evolved over the last few decades, tasking players with taking a calculated and cautious approach instead of going in guns blazing, like in most action games. This genre of gaming wouldn't have been possible without 1998's Metal Gear Solid, developed by gaming icon Hideo Kojima. Franchises like Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Deux Ex, Dishonored, and more would end up taking inspiration in some shape or form from this legendary game. One such game is Undetected, a game that embraces Metal Gear Solid's aesthetic and gameplay.

Undetected is a new stealth action game from indie game developer Antonio Freyre and his company Merlino Games, with DigeratiDM taking on the game's publishing duties. Merlino Games recently released a trailer for Undetected, where many fans can easily see how the game is a giant love letter to the original Metal Gear Solid. Much like its inspiration, Undetected will have all the elements that made the original Metal Gear Solid a beloved game, from the retro-styled graphics to how it plays.

Undetected utilizes Metal Gear Solid's unique viewpoint, where the player has a top-down perspective of the action, navigating their player character around a base that pays homage to areas like Shadow Moses Island. Players will have to navigate the various halls and corridors that this game has to offer, avoiding guards that are patrolling the area. There will be some enemies where the player will be forced to fight, with zany boss encounters that wouldn't be out of place from the Metal Gear franchise.

A variety of Metal Gear Solid-inspired items such as rubber bullets and explosives will be at a player's disposal, with no lethal weapons being available. Players are also tasked with rescuing members of their revolutionary group, Los Desplazados. One member who has particularly gained praise for his physique is the youngest member Jungkook. Over the years, the idol has wowed ARMYs with his stunning proportions and even flashed a bit of skin during recent shows.

Yet, it isn’t down to just luck because Jungkook has proved that he’s constantly been putting in the hard work, whether it’s going to the gym or showcasing his boxing skills.

During a past live stream, a fan asked him how to lose weight and he responded with a morning workout routine that requires no equipment — just some motivation!

He went through each step, explaining which exercises to do and how many sets and reps, and it definitely seemed like a true workout.

"As soon as you wake up, just do a 100 squats. 30 reps of an ab workout. 2 sets of 20 lunges. 1 minute of a normal plank, then side planks for 1 minute on each side. Then, wrap it up with 15 burpees!"— Jungkook

Jungkook then made ARMYs laugh as he described it as “easy.” For many fans watching, it was definitely far from the case as he started listing all the exercises.

On June 16 local time, Charlie Puth shared a playful video on TikTok announcing that he and Jungkook were teaming up for the new single “Left and Right,” which will be featured on his upcoming album “Charlie.” The two singers previously collaborated for a special performance at the MBC Plus X Genie Music Awards in Korea back in 2018.

In the new video, Charlie Puth asks Jungkook to try singing various lines of the song before they eventually unveil a snippet of the completed version. Charlie Puth then declares, “This is going to be crazy.”

Batman: The Long Halloween’s Artist Tim Sale Passed Away At 66

2022’s Matt Reeves The Batman wouldn’t have been what we see today if it wasn’t for Tim Sale’s work on the original comic book. But with heavy sadness, the artist, popular for iconic characters in the comic book world, Tim Sale passed away at 66.

Sale’s Twitter account came with the official confirmation of the death. The tweet came to tell us that the love of his life was right beside him. It was with heavy sadness they had to announce the news. The cause of death is still under wraps. Earlier this week, DC Publisher Jim Lee had come to tell that legendary artist Tim Sale had severe health issues before Tim Sale passed away today.

Jim Lee talked about Sale stating that the entire DC family is heartbroken at the news. Lee says Sale was an extraordinary artist who was a master at story-telling. Lee was heavily inspired by Sale’s use of lighting and shadows which further infused his work.

Celebrating the legacy of Tim Sale, DC Comics went on to tweet applauding the talent of sale. They say Sale’s take on iconic characters with real human depth. On top of that, groundbreaking designs changed the way a generation looks at comics. The official page also offered condolences to his family and friends.

Marvel Entertainment also celebrated the legacy of the artist. Thus applauding his color series which involved works such as Daredevil: Yellow, Spider-Man: Blue, Hulk: Gray, and Captain America: White. They believe these are stunning classics and are his acclaimed legacy.

Why There's No Need For South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2

While South Park: The Streaming Wars was a solid special for the long-running animated comedy series, it is not one that necessarily needs a sequel. South Park’s historic 2021 deal with Paramount+ means the series will produce 14 feature-length movies for the streaming service, the fifth of which was recently released. Following on from The Pandemic Special, South ParQ Vaccination Special, and the two-part Post-Covid saga, South Park: The Streaming Wars took serialized story elements of season 25 and ran with them.

Cartman’s struggle with living in a hotdog resulted in an unlikely surgery, Stan and Tolkien became involved with numerous “streaming services,” and the water supply of South Park became the subject of a life or death battle between monied interests. The complicated plot of the special eventually left Tolkien’s father missing, a minor character death, and the fate of South Park looking grim. Despite this, though, South Park: The Streaming Wars doesn’t need a Part 2.

The latest South Park special ended on a downbeat note, feeling like the first half of a two-parter that would soon have a more optimistic ending. However, most of the plots left dangling by the ending of South Park: The Streaming Wars (Pi Pi’s alliance with ManBearPig, his control of the town’s water supply, and the continuing environmental impact the streaming wars had on South Park) could be carried into the next season. Meanwhile, the special’s message (that climate change is exacerbated by companies hoping to profit off water scarcity) doesn’t need to be undone with a happy ending. If anything, South Park could prove that the show is serious about addressing the effects of climate change by not giving an easy answer to this dark, bleak story.

As a comedy show, South Park has an almost inevitable tendency to tack on happy endings even when they don’t fit the story being told. While there is nothing wrong with a show as gleefully silly as South Park featuring unrealistic endings, this latest special wouldn’t particularly benefit from one. It was a daring choice to bring back South Park’s biggest mistake, ManBearPig, in a plot that depicted just how big an issue water scarcity is. South Park would only end up undoing the harsh but truthful satire and softening its blows by having everything neatly fixed in South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2.

Many of the times that South Park has kept ongoing plot threads going across numerous seasons have resulted in mixed reviews. The tiresome Tegridy Farms gag is proof that not every joke needs multiple episodes dedicated to it, while the PC Principal saga was an infamous case of serialization building up to an ending that was less than the sum of its parts. The best way for South Park: The Streaming Wars to avoid South Park's Tegridy Farms problem is by not returning to the story of the special at all, but instead implying that the town will need to deal with Pi Pi and ManBearPig’s scheme going forward. This ending would show how real-life communities also have to combat companies promoting climate change, as well as avoid South Park’s tendency to wrap up messy real-world events with tidy, glib endings.

Genshin Impact Reveals Kuki Shinobu Character Demo

Genshin Impact's gacha-based system brings a new set of limited characters with each new version of the game. A couple of weeks ago the game's official social media accounts have revealed the two characters that are scheduled to arrive in update 2.7.

After a three-week delay, the game finally introduced the long-awaited five-star Hydro bow user Yelan. However, with her banner, Discerner of Enigmas, coming to an end, it's time for a new Genshin Impact limited banner to take its place.

Genshin Impact's official YouTube channel has finally released the character demo for one of the upcoming character Kuki Shinobu, who is part of the famous Arataki gang led by popular Geo claymore character Arataki Itto. Even though she joined Itto's gang at the later stage, she's become one of its main members who transformed the way the gang operates. As the gang's second-in-command, Kuki Shinobu often finds herself getting her troublesome leader out of tricky situations such as being in jail or fighting a large group of enemies.

As mentioned in the demo, Kuki Shinobu's primary responsibilities are to bring in business, maintain a stable team, as well as bailing the team from the Police Station. She is one of the most anticipated four-star characters in the game thanks to her unique ninja-themed design. However, fans are a bit disappointed by the fact that she will apparently be an off-field support style Genshin Impact character, even though she has some of the best combat animations in the game.

Kuki Shinobu is a four-star Electro character which means that players will be able to level up her constellations fairly easy. Kuki Shinobu arrives on the same banner as her gang leader Arataki Itto who will serve as the only limited five-star character of the update's second banner cycle. Itto was added to the game back in Genshin Impact update 2.3 and this will be his first banner re-run. Considering their in-game relationship, Itto and Kuki will most likely have great synergy on the battlefield.

Ji Sung, Seo Ji Hye, Lee Soo Kyung, And More Captivate At Script Reading For New Mystery Drama “Adamas”

tvN’s upcoming drama “Adamas” shared photos from the drama’s script reading!

“Adamas” depicts the story of twin brothers uncovering the truth from an incident 22 years ago. The two will work as one in order to clear the murder charges of their biological father who was accused of killing their stepfather and to find the ‘adamas’ that is the evidence for the murder.

Photos from the script reading confirmed the final cast lineup including Ji Sung, Seo Ji Hye, Lee Soo Kyung, Heo Sung Tae, and Oh Dae Hwan. Director Park Seung Woo and scriptwriter Choi Tae Kang were also present at the reading as the leading actors showcased impressive chemistry from the get-go, realistically portraying their characters’ emotions and stories.

Ji Sung will be playing both twins named Ha Woo Shin and Song Soo Hyun. Ha Woo Shin is a best-selling mystery novel author, while Song Soo Hyun is a special forces prosecutor who works at the Central District Prosecutor’s office. Although the two brothers look alike, their personalities and approaches to tackling problems are completely different. With his detailed acting, Ji Sung meticulously differentiated the two characters.

Seo Ji Hye will take on the role of Eun Hye Soo, the daughter-in-law of Haesong Group who has mysterious and elegant beauty as well as dignified charisma. The actress flawlessly immersed herself into the role, becoming one with her character.

Lee Soo Kyung will transform into Kim Seo Hee, a social affairs reporter at TNC. Lee Soo Kyung charmingly portrayed Kim Seo Hee’s sense of righteousness while understanding her character’s dual nature of also being someone with deep wounds on the inside.

Heo Sung Tae will play Choi Tae Sung who is the general security manager for Haesongwon, the residence of Haesong Group’s chairman, while Oh Dae Hwan will take on the role of Team Leader Lee, the head of Haesong Group’s secret organization Team A. The two captivated the set with their charisma, making the story more tense and interesting.
